Email subscribers: Your email address and, optionally, your postcode (to personalise content). We do not share, sell, or rent your email address to anyone.
Toolkit customers: Your email address, name, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details), and usage data within the toolkit (which tools you use, checklist progress, pipeline data).
Free tool users: If you use our free calculators, we may store the analysis inputs and results to improve our tools. This data is anonymised unless you provide your email address.
To send you The Property Intel (weekly deal teardowns, monthly issues, regulation alerts) if you subscribe. To provide access to the toolkit if you purchase. To improve our tools and content. We will never use your data for anything else.
We use Stripe for payments, Postmark for emails, Supabase for data storage, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
When you use our AI-powered tools, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Inputs are not stored by Anthropic beyond the API call. We store the inputs and outputs in our database linked to your account (if logged in) or anonymously (if not).
We use essential cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that set cookies.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights or to unsubscribe from emails, contact hello@propertyknowhow.co.uk or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Customer data: retained for 6 years after last purchase (UK tax requirements). Free tool data: anonymised after 12 months.
